This is one of the many important questions i had: What makes a great leader? Is it his high level of experience or that he is always available for everyone?
There is a lot that makes a great leader and the below words might not even be in the right order but all of them together makes you already a great leader.
1. Know your Team!

2. Articulate a clear Vision

3. Have faith in their believs

6. Train your Team so they can always follow you
One of my main Challenges in Day to Day business is that I train and explain to my people why I want to have certain things to be done a certain way.
